Hello Everyone! Thank you for stopping by our team page. The last time I officially ran with Team Fox in 2017, we collectively raised over $5,000 in the matter of days. Each and every dollar went to research for Parkinson's Disease. I can only hope we can raise as much this year.
More than six million people worldwide live with Parkinson's today. You probably have a friend, family member, or know someone who is affected directly by PD. For me, my father has been battling it since 2008. It is the second most common neurological disorder. In the United States, approximately 60,000 new cases will be diagnosed this year alone, and there is currently no known cure.
Together, we can change this. Team Fox is the grassroots community fundraising program at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF). MJFF is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.
I’m one of thousands of people around the globe who are turning their passions into Team Fox fundraisers to help them speed a cure for Parkinson’s. When you give today, 100 percent of Team Fox proceeds go straight to MJFF’s programmatic efforts. Thank you for being part of this team!
